General Information
Age Requirements
Accepting children from 18 months to 6 years old.
Hours
School starts at 8:30 a.m.
Dismissal time is at 12:00, 2:00 and 4:00 p.m.
Labeling
Every item your child brings to school should be marked with his or her name.
Toys
Do not allow your child to bring toys to school. Toy weapons are not allowed at any time.
Health
If your child is ill, please keep him or her home from school. Be alert to such symptoms as upset stomach, runny nose, fever, or sore throat. Be careful not to send your child back to school too soon after an illness.
Report Cards
Report cards will come out quarterly. You are requested to acknowledge it by signing and returning it to your child’s class teacher for record keeping.
If at any time you have a concern about your child, please contact the school administrator.
Snacks and Lunch
You are required to prepare your child’s snacks and lunch as meals are not included in our tuition fees. However, all students are qualified to the available free snacks and lunch provided by the school.
Pick Up
Make sure to pick up your child on time.
If there is a change in your arrangements, please notify the teacher or the school administrator.
Inform the school in advance if your child will be picked up by any person other than yourself. We require that person to present us a valid identification card.
Documentation Requirements
- Child’s birth certificate.
- Proof that the adult registering the child is the parent or legal guardian (names on birth certificate matches the parent’s picture ID or passport).
- Official school records from another school system or country, if applicable and available.
- Medical information that includes immunization records as well as a physical examination and a tuberculosis screening done prior to starting school.
Transportation
EARLY YEARS can arrange for transportation if requested by the parents.
For the safety of our bus students, the bus will only stop to drop off or pick up your child only to the designated drop off and pick up area.
